How do I charge my device?

Simply plug in your device with the included charger, charges just like your cell phone.
Why does my device quit working out of the blue?

Your device has a timer on it, it’s the number at the very top middle of your device when it’s turned on, hit the (T) button to add time.
What am I doing wrong, my slippers are not working?

You must have both slippers on and not have your socks on, the silver circles on your slippers must be touching your skin.

Why are my Click it Hot heat pads turning back to solid on their own after i boil them?

They need to be boiled a little longer, they must become completely liquid again or they will activate by themselves

Does my Click it Hot heat pad have a warranty?
